ABOUT US
OUR VISION:Creating
Social
Empowerment
To foster a society where every individual company, and organization can utilize their inherent abilities through mutual reliance —both relying on others and being relied upon. By doing so, we aim to generate the realization of economic, social, and emotional prosperity that aligns with each entity's ideal vision.

Our MISSION:Building
Infrastructure
for Social Needs Matching
We strive to provide a tangible platform (including our in-house sharing apps) where individuals, companies, and organizations seeking support can securely and meaningfully connect with those willing to offer their assistance. Our goal is to establish a mechanism that ensures a seamless and timely alignment of the needs of both parties, allowing these needs to be achieved harmoniously and without reservations.

SOCIAL NEEDS
MATCHING
SOCIAL BACKGROUND:
Transforming Work
Environments
for Sustainable
Family Growth
The economic strain of women leaving the workforce during pregnancy, childbirth, and childcare leads to reduced household income, often prompting families to postpone having a second child. When men single-handedly shoulder financial responsibilities, they face longer working hours and an increased risk of mental health issues and suicides, particularly in their 30s and 40s. It is crucial to create safe and healthy working environments for parents engaged in child rearing. By ensuring economic stability we can decrease mental health issues, and create a community that supports sustainable growth of the family.
Fostering a Supportive
Community for All Ages
In our communities, there are those who wish to work more if they had a social environment that they could trust to watch their children during work. At the same time there are individuals of all ages who are eager to support these families in need of childcare. 90% of those ages 60 and above express a desire to work, and at the same time 90% of the elderly population express a sense of “isolation”. On the other hand, over 50% of the younger child rearing generation experience isolation and 90.9% of them express the importance of “community support”. We see an opportunity in creating a supportive community by addressing and matching the diverse needs across different age groups.
Embracing Diversity
in Parenting, Work, and Lifestyle
There has been an acceleration in the diversification of parenting styles, working practices, and lifestyle choices in contemporary society. The COVID-19 pandemic has further expedited this trend, with increased emphasis on remote work and relocations to rural areas. Support for diverse lifestyles goes beyond product-based services; it involves creating a network of like-minded individuals within the community who can provide mutual support and care.
The Increase in Nuclear Families has Reduced
Opportunities for Children to Learn about
Diversity and Social Interactions
There is a notable decrease in self-esteem and an increase in feelings of loneliness for Japanese children. Shockingly, one in three 15-year-olds experience a sense of isolation, with self-esteem being overwhelmingly low in developed countries Creating an environment that nurtures life skills becomes imperative to counteract these challenges.
Creating Trust Through Core Fans of
Communities and Companies
In an age with an overload of information at your disposal, trusted connections are what introduce people to valuable individuals and services. Forming an attachment with a community encourages relocation, migration, and settlement, while attachment to a company cultivates brand loyalty. Core fans dedicated to a community or a company perform an intermediary role by connecting people to communities and companies as well.
